SHIPPING & REFUNDS

Orders will be shipped out within 72 hours of the order being placed, on business days, using the shipping speed requested and paid for by the customer. For overnight orders, the order will ship that day if placed before 2PM Eastern Time. Overnight Orders placed after 2PM may ship the next business day.  We send most shipments USPS Priority with tracking numbers. Packages marked delivered but claimed undelivered will need to go through USPS Mail Search. We do not pay for shipping for returns or exchanges, unless approved in advance under certain circumstances. 


We are responsible for safely getting your package to USPS or the shipping carrier and providing you with a tracking number if requested. We are not responsible for the actions of USPS or other carriers, or if the product is lost or stolen after it leaves our hands. If a package is missing, please reach out to your local post office or other carrier to open an investigation. The carrier has detailed records of all delivery information for your packages and can investigate any issues more expeditiously than we can.

We are committed to only offering merchandise that provides consistent quality in natural, micro-dosed products that are freshly-made and potency-guaranteed.  If any product doesn't meet your reasonable expectations, you may return it to us within 10 days of delivery for an opportunity to exchange for another product or to receive a full refund.  You may also return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, in either case, we will not pay for the return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part. 

Our batteries are subject to a manufacturer's 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, in which case, we will cover the costs for the return or simply replace your broken item.


All returns are done on a case-by-case basis.
